Production is built around the standards established during development — fit, measurement, wash tone, finishing and overall appearance. We focus on keeping the approved product intention consistent through bulk production.

01 / Measurement Retention

Fabric and wash shrinkage testing informs pattern adjustments before cutting where required.

02 / Washing Batch Control

Wash development is reviewed against an approved reference for shade, contrast, surface texture and handfeel.

03 / Handfinish Oversight

Hand-finished whisker effects and surface details are reviewed against the approved design direction.
